The Journey

She had to get lost first.

This is the story of finding her way home.

I The Beginning

She became what was needed.

The languages she grew up around were not the ones that would carry her through life. She was born in Belarus, in the former Soviet Union. German, English, and others came later, learned from necessity, earned through the determination to enter worlds that did not yet feel like hers.

She is not unusual in this. Many of the women she works with have built their belonging the same way: by giving up pieces of themselves to fit in. Adjusting their voice, their choices, their sense of who they are, until the fit was just about good enough. That work is invisible to almost everyone around you. It goes unrecognised, unrewarded, and unseen. And it costs more than most people are ever willing to say out loud.

II The Corporate Years

Learning how the world really works.

For many years, Larysa built a career across countries, industries, and institutions. She learned how organisations function under pressure. How people navigate authority, ambiguity, and change.

She also learned what most organisations never account for: who the person inside the role actually is. Their real nature. Their actual strengths. The kind of contribution that only happens when someone is working from the right place inside themselves. Instead, people push themselves into shapes that are not theirs. They adapt. They bend. And eventually, that costs them: burnout, confusion, a growing distance between the work they are doing and the person doing it. Larysa watched this happen to capable, intelligent women. She lived it herself. That became the foundation: the understanding that clarity about who you are is not a luxury. It is where everything else begins.

Most people are not waiting for permission to change. They are waiting for someone to confirm they are not crazy for wanting to.

III The Turning Point

Choosing what came next.

In early 2026, Larysa made a decision most people around her did not fully understand. She chose not to return to the corporate path. Not because it had fallen apart, but because something else had become more real.

The choice was not impulsive. It was the result of years of quiet knowing, finally arriving at the moment where staying would have cost more than leaving. She had navigated enough transitions to recognise this one for what it was: not a crisis, but a clarity.

IV What She Built

L.A.S. Studio Limited.

In 2026, she founded L.A.S. Studio Limited. Not a brand built around a concept, but a practice built around a person and everything that person brings. The work it offers follows one belief: that clarity about who you are is not only the starting point for building a better life. It is the whole road. It shapes everything that follows.

Through L.A.S. Studio, Larysa works with women who are ready to do the real work: returning to who they are before deciding what comes next. Three ways of working together. One foundation beneath all of them.

Right Now
Where she is today.

Larysa is currently nomadic, working with clients across time zones from Southeast Asia. The work is the same wherever she is: helping women find their way back to who they are, before they spend another year building from a foundation that was never quite right.

She has been on this journey herself. She knows it from the inside. She is a few chapters ahead of the women she works with. That is exactly enough.
